St Mary In the Castle is a unique space, nestled in the cliffs of Hastings on the south coast, within a 90-minute drive from London.

The building overlooks the sea, features a café where we can supply catering, and is conveniently opposite a large council run car park which can be hired for the parking of location vehicles.

You can hire the entire building, or individual spaces within the building, including the crypt, the beautiful auditorium with its domed roof, exposed brickwork staircases and external neo-classical portico.

We are also very proud to have recently been exclusively hired as a location for Rag ‘n’ Bone Man’s music video release ‘Alone’ with Nothing but Thieves. The acoustics of our auditorium are of excellent quality which meant the team were able to record the music video audio live off the floor.
