Tickets purchased for an event which has been rescheduled will be valid for the new date unless your ticket provider has informed you otherwise. If you have any queries, please contact your ticket provider.

If the show you planned to see is now cancelled, your ticket provider should automatically refund the cost of your ticket to the original bank account from which the purchase was made. If you do not receive a refund within two weeks of the date of the cancelled event, please contact your ticket provider.

Unless otherwise stated, under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult and will be admitted to seating areas only.

Please ensure to check there are seated tickets available before booking tickets for anyone aged under 14.

The ticket buyer takes full responsibility for exposing under 16’s to the content and context of the event.

For shows deemed to be suitable for families, tickets are required for each child or infant attending a performance.

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check any age restrictions before they purchase tickets.
